Our Section had a booth at the City of San Francisco’s Earthquake Retrofit Fair on January 28th!  This free event was initiated by the City of San Francisco in response to their recently passed “Soft Story” Ordinance.

The event featured over 100 booths by vendors including USGS, CGS, building contractors, engineering & geotechnical consulting companies, and construction lenders.

Thank you to Sarah Kalika, David Abbott, and Tom Barry for volunteering their afternoon to staff the booth!  Additional thanks to our members who submitted their company names to our “AEG Affiliated” list.  We distributed all of our flyers, so hopefully some good projects will be coming your way!
