The asset sale presents the opportunity to a qualified geologist or geological engineer to acquire an established name, website, and operation on a turnkey basis or for an existing company to gain a regional presence.  Those interested in such opportunities should submit a letter of intent as soon as possible and before major assets are sold in March.

Preference will be given first to bids for all assets and second for large groups of related assets, such as drilling and injection equipment, asbestos and lead remediation, general construction equipment, office furniture and equipment.

An updated inventory of technical equipment (used value: approx. $190K) is available.  The principal groups are as follows:

Geoprobe Model 540MT Soil Probing Unit and Model GH42 Hammer (both new in Aug. 2008 and seldom used), powered by hydraulic system of Bobcat Track Loader T190.  Both are secured with accessory equipment in an enclosed 24’ trailer.

Custom enclosed 20’ injection trailer with injection systems, pumps, for subsurface liquid injection, designed to work in conjunction with the Geoprobe systems.
